Introduction

Welcome to SynapDream. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of SynapDream, our website, and related services. By using SynapDream, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use SynapDream. If you are under the age of majority in your region, you must have a parent or guardian's consent.
Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Provide accurate information and update it when it changes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that are inaccurate or unsafe.

Your Content and Generated Content

You keep ownership of the prompts, reference images, and other content you submit (“Your Content”).
By submitting Your Content, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use it to operate, improve, and secure SynapDream (including debugging, moderation, and model improvements where permitted).
Generated outputs may not be unique and may be similar to outputs for others. Check and review all outputs before you use them.
You are responsible for how you use outputs. Do not use them in ways that break laws, infringe rights, mislead people, or violate these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Break any laws or infringe on others’ rights (privacy, publicity, IP).
Upload or generate unlawful, hateful, violent, or sexually explicit content.
Attack the service (e.g., DDoS, probing, scraping beyond what’s allowed).
Misrepresent outputs as human-made when required disclosures apply.
Use outputs to train models that compete directly with SynapDream without our permission.
Bypass rate limits, security controls, or access non-public areas.

We may review or remove content and may suspend accounts to protect the service and our users.

Payments and Plans

Prices and plan limits are shown at checkout and may change with notice.
Charges are billed to your selected payment method. Taxes may apply.
Unless required by law, purchases and credits are non-refundable. Some regions may grant you a cooling-off period; if applicable, that right is honored as required by law.
We may suspend or reduce access if invoices are unpaid or if we detect fraud or abuse.

Intellectual Property

SynapDream and its code, models, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. Using the service does not give you any ownership in our IP.
You may display and use outputs you generate, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
Do not remove or alter notices, trademarks, or watermarks where present.

Third-Party Services

If the service links to third-party tools or content, those are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Service Changes and Availability

We may change or stop parts of the service at any time.
The service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Uptime is not guaranteed.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Use the service at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we will not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; or (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us, our affiliates, and our team from claims, losses, and costs (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, Your Content, or your breach of these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, or when we discontinue the service. Sections that by nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations, indemnities) will survive termination.
